The wine through the history:
This elegant and delicate white wine, typical of the North-eastern Italian Region of Romagna, is made by the grapes of “Bombino Bianco”, locally called “Pay-debts”. A name which derives from the good, constant and proverbial productivity of this vine, thanks to which traditionally farmers managed to make wine even in the most difficult years and, therefore, pay their debts.
