Organic Sangiovese (85%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) and Cabernet Franc (5%) grapes, hand-picked, with no allergens and no added sulphites.

Bright ruby red colour. Scents of dog rose, strawberry and cherry, against a spicy, peppery background. The palate reveals freshness, with a savoury touch and a good tannic structure. The finish is laced with fruit and spices.

Description

Grape varieties: Organic Sangiovese (85%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) and Cabernet Franc (5%) grapes, hand-picked, with no allergens and no added sulphites.

Vinification: The organic grapes are vinified on-site, with no allergens and no added sulphites.
Approximately 10% of the grapes undergo ventilated withering for about ten days before being pressed with 90% fresh grapes.
This combination of fresh and withered grapes conveys freshness along with elegance.
Vinification begins with the must resting on skins for at least ten days and ends with the wine being aged for at least four months in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
The wine completes its ageing process lying horizontally in the bottle, with a natural cork closure, at an altitude of 1000 metres, where it spends at least six months before being served.
